Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website https://apex.aero, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

 

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Revised” date of this Privacy Policy.   • The right to restrict processing - You have the right to ask APEX to suppress the processing of your Personal Data but APEX may still store your Personal Data;

Please be aware Personal Data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state or country where privacy laws may differ from and may not be as protective as those where you live. If you are located outside the United States and choose to allow us to collect information about you, please be aware that APEX may transfer your Personal Data to the United States and process and store it there. 

If you are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information to a country or jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of Service Providers, also as disclosed. 

Website Hosting: APEX works with YourMembership and Wordpress as its Website hosting services provider. YourMembership and the Website are stored by YourMembership in St. Petersburg, FL USA. Wordpress and the Website are stored by Automattic Inc. in San Francisco, CA USA.  APEX shares your data, including Personal Data, with our Website hosting Service Provider for the purposes of processing your data pursuant to your use of the Services. 

Data Hosting: APEX works with YourMembership as its data hosting services provider. YourMembership is located in St. Petersburg, FL USA and APEX’s data are stored by YourMembership in St. Petersburg, FL USA. APEX shares your data, including Personal Data, with our website hosting Service Provider for the purposes of processing your data pursuant to your use of the Services.
