Metadata Coordinator

The role will involve the need to facilitate the workflow and co-ordination internally and with our Abu Dhabi Office and Singapore Offices, and help resolve any issues that arise. You will be master of your domain, and look to improve the work flow and systems, and overseeing these across the end-to-end process management to ensure on time and accurate delivery, escalating as necessary to your team. As a growing company, we also expect an eagerness to assist other departments, should your schedule allow, (eg: screening and reviews of TV and Movie content).

Account Coordinator

We are looking for a positive and passionate Account Coordinator for the world of Inflight entertainment. You will assist in servicing Etihad Airways with their entertainment needs and ensuring their long-term success. The role is to support the Account Director, to create a unique inflight experience that is engaging, trending, and true to the airlines’ brand. Responsibilities include coordinating high quality and creative movie, TV and digital content programming for a global client. You will need to be highly organized to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products, metadata and files to our vendors. Our ideal candidate is smart, organized, efficient, and a team player with amazing attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change.

Qualifications:

  • Superb research skills – latest trends in TV, Web content, Movies, social media, etc.
  • Database management: Ability to liaise with distributors/content owners to gather information about new movies, TV programs and digital content
  • Analyze both client passenger trends and consumer market trends
  • Screen programming options to ensure suitability for the client while taking editing notes as needed
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders in the supply chain
  • Creation of programming grids and purchase orders
  • Coordination of Metadata (synopsis, runtimes, rating, translations etc.) for client’s GUI, Magazine, Web and any other outlet source that requires metadata

The role is to work with the Etihad IFE team to develop content cycles from existing content partners and actively seek new opportunities all while maintaining monthly timelines and budgets.

Senior Specialist - Onboard Products Design

Key responsibilities:

To coordinate high quality movie and TV content (Hollywood and International) programming activities for a select group of clients (<$1m) in an effective manner, and to support Lead Content Program Manager with digital and Key Client content programming activities.

More specifically, the job entails:
•Selection of feature film and television content for small and digital airline clients
•Customer interaction
•Purchase order preparation
•Creation of content programming grids
•Invoice approvals and preparation
•Screen TV shows and feature films for edits based on specific customer requirements
•Work with US Service and Delivery Manager on file deliveries to ensure all files are delivered in a timely manner to clients
•Coordinate with metadata team to ensure entries are processed to spec and in a timely manner
•Creation of content listings, asset management to magazines, websites
