Job Description:

Connectivity Design Analyst - Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.

The Customer Experience Design Department plays a key role in customer retention, long-term success and profitability to the Cathay Group through the strategic development of award winning products. The Client Account Director is a strategic account leader who consistently provides excellent customer service, and represents client needs and goals within the organization to ensure mutual goals are achieved. The Account Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of content delivery to the airline account: leveraging a thorough understanding of the airline's commercial and strategic objectives, fleet plans, and competitive positioning. The Account Manager works closely with Acquisitions to recommend appropriate content strategies for Movies, TV and Audio programming and with Operations to ensure timely delivery.

Serving as the primary point of contact between the airline's representatives and all Spafax departments, the Account Manager is an ambassador for the airline's requirements within Spafax and is responsible for timely resolution of any issues and communication between all parties.
