Show to be Largest Passenger Experience Event in Asia

New York, N.Y. (30 September 2015) - The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and Future Travel Experience (FTE) today announced the APEX Asia Conference will be co-located with FTE Asia Exposition 2015 in Singapore this November. APEX Asia will take place on 16 and 17 November, while FTE Asia Exposition will run from 17-19 November. Both events will take place at Singapore EXPO, creating the largest airline passenger experience event in Asia.

APEX Asia Conference will feature two days of educational sessions covering trends, strategies and new technologies. Additionally, APEX Asia will educate airlines on how to maximize ancillary revenue opportunities from passenger experience best practices.  

FTE Asia Exposition will then host a free-to-attend passenger experience exhibition, which will include a complimentary Exposition Seminar Stage (where IATA will stage a workshop), as well as two premium conference streams, the FTE Asia Awards, and an exciting social and networking agenda.
