Meeting Room Request

 

Please complete the form below to request a meeting room.  Meeting rooms are available Wednesday, 19 September 2018 through Thursday, 27 September 2018.  You will be invoiced once your request is approved.

If you have already placed an order and need to make changes please complete this online form.  Changes will be accepted through 5 September 2018.  All changes must be approved by APEX staff.

 

Pricing*:

Full Day (7AM - 5PM)- $1,200 USD

Half Day Morning (7AM - 12 Noon)- $600 USD

Half Day Afternoon (12 Noon - 5PM)- $600 USD

Hourly- $200 USD per hour

 

*Please note: Meeting room rental costs are for the room only; all additional food and beverage, audio visual, or power charges will be ordered through venue, and paid for by the Exhibiting Company.

 

Cancellation and Change Policy

For cancellations fees are refundable through 31 August 2018, less a $25 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after 31 August 2018.  Changes to your meeting room orders will be accepted through 5 September 2018.  No changes will be accepted after that date.  All changes must be approved by APEX staff.  No refunds for changes will be issued after 5 September 2018.  Refund requests will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes.  Please complete this online cancellation form.
