Non Appointment Booth -Standard Booth Package without A/V* $3400
Second Booth - Non-Appointment Only* $2400

 

Standard Booth Package Includes: 
• Full registration for one delegate
• Shell scheme booth - 6m²
• Power, lighting, furniture
• Wireless Internet

*Note: A/V not included with package.  The cost is $500 and includes monitor, DVD player, and technical support.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at booth booking to reserve your company’s space. If not paying online, the invoice is due upon receipt.  Therefore, if funds have not been received to APEX headquarters within thirty days your booth space will be forfeited.  APEX membership dues and all outstanding invoices on your account must be paid by 31 January 2019 or your booth space will be forfeited. Cancellation fees will apply.

If paying the balance by check, please mail your payment with a copy of the invoice you will receive once your booth registration is processed by APEX headquarters:

If paying by wire transfer, please transfer to the account listed on the invoice you will receive once your booth registration is processed by APEX headquarters.

 

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

If booth is cancelled by 30 January 2019 a cancellation fee of US $500 will apply. Cancellations on or after 31 January 2019 are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the booth. 

 

MEMBERSHIP DUES

2019 APEX membership dues must be paid by 31 January 2019 or your booth for the MultiMedia Market will be forfeited. Cancellation fees will still apply.
